Peter S. Kraus – Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer
Peter joined AllianceBernstein in December 2008. Previously he was executive vice-president at Merrill Lynch, where he was responsible for overseeing the firm's business strategy and investments, global growth plans and opportunities. Peter has more than three decades of experience in accounting and the financial markets, including investment banking, asset management and private wealth management. He also earned an MBA from New York University and a BA from Trinity College.
