In 1999, Perennial pioneered the boutique partnership approach, building a suite of boutique investment firms on the basis of sharing equity ownership with its investment professionals. Perennial now invest over $15 billion on behalf of wholesale and retail clients.

Glenn R. Feben - Head of Fixed Interest
Glenn joined the IOOF Group in October 1987 and moved to Perennial Investment Partners in August 1999. During this period his primary involvement has been in the management of interest bearing portfolios and he was appointed Head of Fixed Interest in November 1993. This was interrupted temporarily in March 1998 when he assumed the role as Head of Investments for IOOF following the resignation of previous incumbent. But through this period he remained a member of IOOF’s Fixed Interest team and when Perennial Investment Partners was established, he resumed his role as Head of Fixed Interest.
Before joining IOOF, Glenn spent three years with the Commercial Bank of Australia, including two years in the Treasury division. This was followed by a period of four years with Chase AMP Bank/AMP Corporation, specialising in fixed interest trading and sales. Prior to joining the IOOF Group, Glenn spent a short time with P.P Discount as a Senior Dealer in Government Securities.
